2008 Membership Application Instructions

1.  Annual membership dues are $40.00.

• Who's Eligible

  • Fellow Members (Received FLMI or FFSI Designation)

  • Associate Members (Received ACS or other Associate Designation)

  • Company Representatives

  • Any LOMA Students (Currently studying LOMA courses)

• Check with your Manager/Department Head.   Your company may pay for your dues.

 

2.  Complete your application by clicking the LOMA-SCT Application button below:.

 

3.  Print a copy for yourself and your company if needed for reimbursement.

4.  Click on the "Submit" button.  The Society will receive your application electronically.

5.  Send a check for your annual dues to:

PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO:

"The LOMA Society of South Central Texas"

and please indicate the name of the person the dues are for.

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE DEADLINES:

Applications are due by February 29, 2008

Dues must be received by March 5, 2008

NOTE: Membership Applications are accepted all year long.  The deadlines above only pertain to our annual Membership Drive at the beginning of the year.
